With over 2,500 square feet The Factory Luxe can host a near-limitless mix of personality and flexibility for any event.

Ideal for gatherings of 40-200 guests (reception style) and comfortable for 30-80 formally seated with lounge reception, dinner, and dancing, we're a hidden gem event venue.

The Factory Luxe is available to rent year-round, 7 days a week for weddings, reunions, life celebrations, birthday and anniversary parties, fundraisers, company parties, dance classes, private concerts, industry events, photo shoots, product launches, LGBT functions and more.
